 Nothing could be more frustrating than spending hours looking for the “best” home plan for you and your family, finding it, and then realizing the lot you purchased does not, in some way, accommodate that plan.
Kyle Nash, Gallery Homebuilders' founder and president, offers his expertise in this regard. He is able to analyze your home plan, research setback requirements, measure elevations, and tell you upfront whether your plan will work with a certain lot and, if not, what changes would be needed to make it work.
So, whether you are considering the purchase of a lot or have already done so, Kyle is there to offer his services and expertise to help you objectively make an informed choice.
Plan Design

It does happen, but it is truly rare that one finds “the perfect plan” already out there in print form. Each person, each family has unique needs and interests, ideas and desires when it comes to building a custom home. After all, that is why they call it “custom” home building.
Whether working from a plan of yours or from one of the many in our inventory, we are able to customize to suit your individual needs and tastes. Often our customers even bring us rough sketches they have made from which to design their custom plan.
Most importantly, we can give you feedback on the cost range of a plan concept before you commit to buy a finished plan.
