 Gallery Homebuilders, Inc. walks you through the building process step-by-step from beginning to end. We have found that a bit of early preparation and up-front communication saves time, money, and frustration.

And with those understandings in mind, we have developed a structured, organized approach whereby the client and the builder, through continuous, open communication, work closely together throughout the entire process.
General Steps for Our Clients:
- Initial meeting to outline needs, budget, and lifestyle.
- Work together to finalize house plan.
- Client receives informational packet to help with the selection process, deadlines, and vendors (carpet, countertops, colors, etc.)
- Included as a free service, client meets with in-house certified design consultant throughout building process for assistance in aesthetic selections.
- Builder and client meet throughout during the construction stage to ensure we are all working off the same page.
- Attend closing and hand over the keys to client.
- Remain available for any of client’s future needs and punch list items that may arise.
